Newport Wafer Fab ( NWF ) provides 8” Si and Compound wafer foundry service including  trench MOSFET with split gate, trench IGBT and GaN-on-Si, silicon photonics.  Devices we produced for cusotmers can be applied for automotive, medical, industrial, consumer, telecom & high power solutions. NWF also provides Taiko backside grinding, back implant and metallization processes, for customers to implement wafer thickness reduction of the high power semiconductors.  Moreover, NWF can do in-house CP(Chip Probing) to fulfill one-stop-running service for customers.  Conary started to represent NWF in Taiwan and Greater China area since 2020.
